We've seen a ton of new bands cropping up out of the woodwork recently and we thought we'd pick a few to highlight for you guys!
A three piece garage rock band from Singapore, really nice fresh sound that's a mix of pop punk and some of the more alternative Kasabian-esque bands out there! Check out their new single White Shadow
These Washington based rockers actually have ties to Brazil which adds a nice spin on the overall sound of these guys. Really nice all round hard rock must-have that we're sure will be seeing it's way on to a few hard rock compilations in the near future. For fans of Alice In Chains and that sort of elk!
Another nice sounding artist, who I guess we'd say is a mix of Soundgarden and Deftones, with an over arching garage band style! Definitely check it out as it's a unique blend and might be right up your street!
Check out the video for Through The Sound from their EP Mercy Rule
Remember that time A Day To Remember crossed paths with Nine Inch Nails and then Trivium jumped in for a laugh? No? Well you must have missed these guys then. Their new EP Four Walls comes out in March and Before You Go gives us a great idea of how awesome this album is going to be!
Some nice power chord punk for you with Melonvine hailing from Moncton in Canada. These guys are definitely up there for the fans of Green Day and old school Foo Fighters! In fact, see if you can spot the Monkey Wrench influence at the end of this lyric vid for their track Summer Says which will feature on their new EP out this April!
Really digging this track from Braincoats at the minute. These Swedish boys make us feel all warm and nostalgic about what it was like to tour round Europe in bands back before we turned into old farts and took a back seat from the stage!
A definite punk anthem to add to your listening lists!
Finishing up our list with a band a bit closer to home, these alt-rockers from Manchester have bought out a banging record which is available to download from their bandcamp now! Imagine a heavy Arctic Monkeys crossed with some spazziness of Refused. We like it!
